Please take a moment to review our shipping and handling policy to understand the procedures and timeframes involved.

 

Pre-Order Process

  • When you place a pre-order for an item, you are reserving it in advance before the official release or restock date.
  • Pre-orders will be shipped after the designated pre-order date has passed and the product becomes available.
  • Once the pre-order date has been reached, our standard processing time of 1-3 business days will apply. This time frame includes picking, packing, and preparing your order for shipment.
  • After processing, the standard shipping timeframe of 2-5 business days will be applicable. 

Combining Pre-Order and In-Stock Items

  • If your order contains a mix of pre-order items and in-stock items, your entire order will be shipped together once all items are available.
  • If you wish to receive the in-stock items sooner, we recommend placing separate orders. The in-stock items will be shipped based on our regular processing and shipping times.

Pre-Order Updates

  • We will keep you informed about the status of your pre-order via email. You will receive confirmation when your order is received, as well as updates on the pre-order status and shipping details.
  • If there are any changes or delays to the pre-order timeline, we will notify you promptly and provide the most up-to-date information.

 

Standard Processing Time

  • Upon receiving your order, we will begin processing it within 1-3 business days. Please note that this processing time includes picking, packing, and preparing your order for shipment.
  • If any items in your order are out of stock, we will notify you promptly and provide options for a partial shipment or cancellation of the unavailable item(s).

Shipping Time

  • Once your order has been processed, it will be shipped to the provided shipping address.
  • Our standard shipping timeframe is 2-5 business days. This estimate is applicable for deliveries within the continental United States. Please allow additional time for shipments to Alaska, Hawaii, and international destinations.
  • Please note that unforeseen circumstances such as weather conditions, natural disasters, or shipping carrier delays may occasionally extend the delivery timeframe. We appreciate your understanding in such situations.

Order Tracking

  • Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email notification containing the tracking information.
  • You can use the tracking number provided to track your package on the carrier's website. Please allow some time for the tracking information to be updated after receiving the email notification.

Lost or Stolen Packages

  • Once your order has been shipped and handed over to the shipping carrier, Four27 Beauty relinquishes responsibility for any lost or stolen packages.
  • If you suspect that your package has been lost or stolen, we encourage you to promptly contact the respective shipping carrier and initiate a claim. The contact information and procedures for filing a claim can usually be found on the carrier's website or by contacting their customer service directly.
  • Refunds or exchanges will not be provided by Four27 Beauty for packages that have been confirmed as lost or stolen by the shipping carrier.
  • It is the customer's responsibility to ensure that the shipping address provided during checkout is accurate and secure. Four27 Beauty will ship to the address provided by the customer and will not be held liable for any issues arising from an incorrect or insecure shipping address.

While we empathize with the unfortunate circumstance of lost or stolen packages, we cannot assume liability once the shipment is in the possession of the shipping carrier. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation in this matter.
